RBA REPORTS

In 2006, the Early Childhood Education Cabinet was selected as one of two case examples by the Connecticut General Assembly's Appropriations Committee to implement results-based accountability (RBA). RBA is a framework for making policy and fiscal decisions based on desired outcomes for those being served by state funds. It requires state agencies to produce, analyze and summarize key data.
